The Task List serves as the single place for getting an overview of all workflows in SERTICA, and for quickly locating specific items, e.g. purchase orders that need to be price approved before sent to the supplier.

In the same way, a technical superintendent could look at the Task List node “Awaiting Technical Review” to see all current requisitions that need technical evaluation, before a quoting process or purchase process can be initiated.

The Task List shows functional areas from across the entire fleet, but it is also possible to narrow the view to a specific selection of units, to match the individual user’s area of responsibility. This could be status flow of an event report, document changes needed to be validated, invoices awaiting handling and much more.

This module is central in SERTICA since it shows all tasks in one overview. It provides all information for powerful and flexible management reporting for fleet managers and their departments (technical, procurement and HSQE).

Combine this module with Analytics and export your Task List to monitor key performance indicators. As an example, you can export all invoices currently awaiting approval if you need to speed up the process.
