SERTICA has developed a new module, which promotes communication from office to vessel as well as between vessels.
SERTICA Forum allows the office to create a series of groups that can be used to communicate either from office to vessels or between vessels. This ensures that the office easily can distribute relevant information to the vessels, while users can share experience and know-how across the entire organization.
The structure is the same as the well-known Internet Forums, thereby providing a highly usable method of keeping various company processes up to date.
