SERTICA Forms
The Forms Module for SERTICA HSQE is used as an assistive tool for reporting. For instance in relation to reporting near misses or making monthly reviews for the Safety & Quality Department.
Using the Forms Module in SERTICA makes the process of reporting and planning HSQE activities both fast and paperless. The template of any form can be customized to fit specific information needs, while standard data fields such as date, department, name etc. are automatically filled in when creating a new report.
Furthermore, it is possible to suggest a corrective action in the report, which after approval can be initiated as a new task in SERTICA instantly.
